Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier services. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective book, contact us within 48 hours with proof, and we will arrange a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
Refunds & Exchanges
We only replace damaged or defective books if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges may be offered for the same product if available. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
